Sunlight shines upon the darkest face,

And lingers in the darkest place,

'Til such time the days decline,

Saying "Nay, do not stay so divine!"

For darkness shares it's space with light,

And for every dawn, there is also night,

A constant fight for it's own space,

Sunlight shines upon the darkest face.
